Leading the communications efforts of a significant merger or acquisitions requires a proven framework and tremendous coordination with stakeholders across multiple organizations.

 

I've built a process and approach that includes FAQs for employees, Townhall leader presentations, as well as, coordination of website updates, press releases, media outreach, and industry analyst engagement.

Seerist operates largely as a remote company, but once a year, we bring the whole company together in person. The 3-day event in New Orleans was orchestrated and executed by the Marketing team.

The merger of Geospark Analytics and Control Risks' product division, though smaller in scale, was one of the most complex.

​

It involved an employee-owned UK-based organization, a US entity with significant US government contracts, and a remote-only workforce. I developed a launch plan that supported exceptional flexibility, regular stakeholder communication, and tremendous coordination to ensure a smooth launch that included a new brand identify, sales and marketing materials, social sites on the day of launch.

Ensuring employees understand what's happening around the business is critical for hitting objectives. Seerist's monthly meetings focus on building connections across teams, recognition and celebration, with presentations for a broad array of individuals.
