My Career Journey

Chief Marketing Officer - Seerist, Inc.

I spearheaded Seerist’s dynamic brand launch, crafting bold messaging, strategic positioning, and a standout brand identity. I built and scaled high-impact marketing, sales enablement, and product marketing teams, fueling rapid growth and aligning efforts with key business goals. ​ Leading a talented team, I executed innovative digital marketing campaigns, developed powerful sales tools, and drove product adoption through game-changing go-to-market strategies. On top of that, I energized corporate communications and boosted employee engagement, making a lasting impact on the company's success.

2022 - Present

Head of Marketing - Root, part of Accenture

I led Root Inc. through a period of explosive growth, doubling the company's sales over 7 years and positioning it for acquisition. My marketing strategy focused on the Global 2000 spanned all key channels, driving a 35% increase in RFP wins, improving pricing consistency, and boosting deal sizes. ​ By focusing on thought leadership and the user journey, our efforts skyrocketed website traffic by nearly 2,000%. I also masterminded the award-winning “Road to Change” national bus tour and partnered with CBS Chicago to launch the innovative show “The Pot Stirrer.” Despite a lean budget, my efforts generated $11 million annually—one-third of the company's revenue.

2011 - 2022

Director, Corporate Communications - Aspect Software, Inc.

I led a successful communications strategy for a unified communications and IT services provider, driving both internal and external messaging, including high-impact public and analyst relations. ​ I directed communications for 9 major acquisitions, including $1B and $150M deals, while developing a media relations strategy that secured top-tier press coverage in outlets like the Wall Street Journal and Information Week, boosting annual impressions. I amplified brand recognition through a thought leadership program, revamped a multilingual prospect website, and spearheaded two major events - the annual Sales Kickoff and Customer Experience Summits.
